Each lab's data stays in that lab
Separation between labs and each role's permissions are enforced in the database, not just on screen. Someone without access can't see a sample or an instrument even with the link, and not even platform administrators can see the data of a lab they don't belong to.
The AI assistant follows the same rules: it only sees the token's lab, with its role, and it can't delete.

What people usually ask before leaving their spreadsheets behind.
We have years of data in Excel. Do we lose it?
No. Bring your samples, equipment inventory and supplies over from Excel or CSV. The import wizard flags errors row by row before saving, and an import can be undone. If you like, we help you prepare them.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Vialo runs in the browser, on a computer, tablet or phone, and can be added to your home screen like an app. No servers to maintain and no updates to install.
How does the 15-day trial work?
We set up your access with every module for 15 days, no card needed. If you don't continue, you can export all your data to Excel.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the plan (Essentials, Lab or Institution) and on whether your institution is academic or commercial, and it's per lab, not per person: add students, fellows and interns at no extra cost. Prices in US dollars are in the pricing section; if you're in Argentina, ask us for the list in pesos.
Does it help with audits or accreditation?
It gathers the evidence that's usually reviewed: what was done to each instrument, when, by whom and with what result, with the certificate attached; which lot of each reagent was used; who read each protocol; and a history no one can alter. It doesn't replace your lab's quality management system.
Can the AI break something?
It can't delete anything. Before any change it tells you what it's about to do and your app asks you to confirm, and everything is logged under your name. With a viewer token it can only read.
